IVR Wiz is another service powered by Informatel.
Informatel was founded in Australia in 1987, and since then we have been consistently
delivering innovative interactive communication services to businesses in Australia
and around the world.
We have a long client list that includes Honda, Woolworths, St George Bank, SEMA,
Hoyts, Chemmart, Thirsty Camel, and Hawthorn Football Club. Throughout our 20 years'
experience, we have helped our clients communicate with their customers in new and
effective ways, across many communication media: SMS, MMS, telephony, IVR, mobile,
e-mail and the web.
We pride ourselves on the reliability and robustness of our infrastructure, and
on the quality of our service.
Our infrastructure
Informatel’s communication infrastructure leverages 20 years of investment and development.
Over that time, we have created our own locator services technology, our own Interactive
Voice Response (IVR) platform, and our own unique SMS messaging platform.
We have used our infrastructure to run some of the largest telemarketing campaigns
and services in Australia, so our systems are built to perform in the most demanding
conditions. We use a load-balanced, redundant and scalable set of platforms based
on the latest IBM & Cisco hardware. Our secure and distributed server farms are
configured as a high availability failover system, housed across multiple geographic
locations including Telstra’s Exhibition exchange, one of the most secure and largest
communications hubs in Australia.
We take care to ensure that each of our sites is as secure and reliable as possible.
We take various security measures, and each of them is equipped with UPS, battery
& generator backup, climate control, and proximity-controlled security access.
